Construction

Comprehensive construction, refurbishment and property-improvement services delivered with a focus on safety, quality, compliance and programme certainty.

Our capabilities include planned refurbishment, roofing, windows and doors, external improvements, internal works, remedial works and associated building services. Insulation & Energy Efficiency

Specialist retrofit and insulation solutions designed to improve thermal performance, reduce energy demand, address building defects and support wider carbon-reduction objectives.

Our delivery capabilities include external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, room-in-roof insulation, , ventilation and associated enabling or remedial works.

Where required, projects can be managed through PAS 2030-compliant installation processes, working alongside the relevant PAS 2035 retrofit professionals. This includes controlled installation procedures, photographic evidence, inspection records, quality checks, resident communication, completion documentation and support for TrustMark-compliant delivery and lodgement requirements.

Renewable Energy

Design, supply, installation and commissioning of renewable energy technologies, including solar photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage.

LMG can deliver renewable energy projects through MCS-compliant processes, providing the technical design, system documentation, electrical certification, commissioning records, customer handover information and quality-control evidence required for compliant installations.

Our renewable energy capability supports domestic, social housing, commercial and community projects, from individual installations through to coordinated, multi-site programmes. We can also support relevant Distribution Network Operator notification and application processes, including G98 and G99 requirements where applicable.
